Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:

Conditions:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging, with all tags and proof of purchase intact.
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to report the issue.
Returns are not accepted for:

Customized or made-to-order products.

Products without original packaging or proof of purchase.
Return Request Process

Pickup & Return Process
For approved cases, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your location (subject to serviceability).
The product must be securely packed with all tags, bills, and original packaging intact.
Returned items will undergo a quality check before further processing.
Refunds & Replacements
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days, or
A replacement product will be shipped, subject to stock availability and serviceable PIN code.
If the return does not meet the conditions, it will be sent back to you without a refund or replacement.
Late or Missing Refunds
